• The layout of the building reduces energy consumption by maximizing access to natural ventilation, which provides an excellent penetration of natural light into living spaces by utilizing glazing treatments that diffuse and minimize the effects of the harsh and high tropical sun.
• Careful vertical circulation design in the building provides equal opportunity access to all units while allowing for maximum natural vertical air circulation.

The building design is aimed at self-sustainability, including:

• The ability to collect and reuse rainwater on site.
• The ability to receive solar panels to harness and power electricity for its own use in the future.
• The external treatment of the building facades uses more of natural soothing colors with the objective of maintaining the color harmony of the natural environment as well as blending with existing structures.
